1. Introduction

Wageo provides salary advance and financial wellness services for employees and employers in Bangladesh.

2. Employee Eligibility

  • Employees must work for a Wageo-approved employer.
  • Employees cannot request salary advance before the 10th day of each month.
  • Advance limits may vary depending on salary and employer approval.

3. Repayment Terms

  • Employees must repay Wageo on their salary payday.
  • A standard monthly service charge of ৳70 may apply.
  • If repayment is extended to 2 months, ৳70 charge may apply for each month.
  • For 3 or 4 month repayment plans, monthly charges may continue accordingly.

4. Salary Deduction Authorization

By requesting an advance through Wageo, employees authorize Wageo and participating employers to coordinate repayment through salary deductions where applicable.

5. Employment Termination

If an employee leaves or quits the job during the repayment period, Wageo may contact the employer and recover the outstanding amount from accrued or unpaid salary where permitted.

6. Employer Responsibilities

  • Employers must provide accurate employee information.
  • Employers should notify Wageo regarding resignation or termination when repayment is pending.
  • Employers may assist with salary deduction coordination if agreed.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring employees understand repayment conditions.

7. Responsible Usage

Wageo encourages responsible financial behavior. Users should avoid requesting advances beyond their repayment ability.

8. Service Availability

Wageo may modify, pause, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wageo is not responsible for financial losses, employment disputes, delayed salary payments, or third-party service interruptions.
